I would not change anything.The sign in is easy also care navigators are great girls and always helpful. My doctor saw me promptly and was professional and helpful,she gave me time and she is warm and friendly as well which is a great help when you are older and anxious. Keep it up .

Always a friendly greeting as soon as you walk through the doors.I was collected from reception by a lovely Nurse with a great smile.My blood test and BP test was done in a very professional painfree way and was done in no time. One stop postnatal check, baby check and vaccination worked very well. Also great that we stayed in one room with staff coming to us rather than us moving from room to room. Especially helpful to have the room for a short while afterwards too so I was able to feed baby after vaccination. Very thoughtful arrangement. Helpful and friendly team.
